They broke the stem and then told me that they have to go buy a part for it. I did not hear back from them. When I called to follow up, they blamed everything on me. Now I'm stuck with a part that I can't find on a 900 faucet. They won't give me back the part they took and won't come back to fix the stem.
Jake Saady	Bear Plumbing robbed us!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They stole over 3000 from us for a simple repair and they refused to acknowledge the fact that they are thieves. They are dishonest and they took advantage of us. This company needs to be shut down! NEVER USE THEM-EVER!
