I first called and asked about certain products and they said no problem go to the store and they can show you different models and order whatever you like. I drove all the way there for the guy behind the counter to say no I'm not going to bother to help you. He said I would have to have a mode number for him to look up on his computer. I'm not a supplier of touch less paper towel holders so how would I know a mode number. He was too lazy to look for something that the company supplies and wants the customers to do his work for him. He was sooo rude I will never go back there or use Ferguson plumbing for my business. There are plenty of other great plumbing companies out there who treat customers with some respect.
