My water heater stopped working and Red Hat Plumbing quickly fixed the problem in a very courteous and professional way. David and Ahmad were great to work with. Specifically, David's workmanship is impeccable - he took the time to make sure the job was done right the first time. David was very patient and did a great job explaining things as I was weighing my options. He is the kind of service professional that earns your business in an honest and fair way. I will be using David and Red Hat for my plumbing needs from now on.

Ahmad dispatched Art to our house within minutes. Art was friendly, courteous and eager to get to work immediately. He was able to diagnose our toilet back up problem with professionalism and frankness. Called Red Hat due to concerns about the possibility of high water pressure and a humming noise that was occurring when the water was turned on. They were very polite on the phone and sent one of their guys that was at a nearby job. He arrived quickly and was attentive and polite. He checked the pressure and made necessary changes. He also checked the inside faucets one at a time to make sure there were no further issues. I am quite happy and would call them again.
