I am a licensed California B General Contractor and C-36 Plumbing Contractor,,I have been buying from these folks for the last decade and they are one of the best Supply Houses in Los Angeles County and have always given me great service. Best feature is you can want thru their warehouse and pick the supplies you want. They will also do research for you. I walk in with the parts number and name of the manufacture in hand. At first a young men trying to help me but he couldn't find it,so he asked me to go up front. When I go upto the front, an older man sitting behind the computer instead of helping me. He said “How do you know this is the right part!!!”. I said “I had this for at least 15 years and I had replaces it before.” Then he said “ Where did you bought that !!!”. I started to get upset. I try to respond “ I don't know, I brought it from Amazon who knows it from which company. I just don't want to wait this time “. But before I finish as soon as he heard “ I don't know “ he said “ SEE!!!!” with a laugh. Then he pull out a part and said “ There are no return “. I am really upset by now, my response is “ No return is find. But that not the right part!!!”. Then he said “ LEAVE !!!!” and kick me out.
