Plumbing services by Aladdin’s Plumbing in Mission Viejo, California

If I could give the 0 stars I would. I had a main line backup and unfortunately it was on the weekend so I hired Aladdin's Plumbing and paid the extra fee for Sat. The guy who came was very rude and acted as if I was putting him out. He cleaned out the drain or I thought he did however everything that came out of drain sewage he left in my courtyard. Well by Tues morning I was having the same problem, I called Aladdin's and they said someone will be coming they just had to confirm a time but to plan on between 2 and 5, but they would call back to confirm, didn't hear back from them, I left work early to make sure I was there in case they showed up. I called back again and they said someone would call back in a few minutes to confirm the time, an hour and half later I called back and spoke with a guy who said that the guy that came out Sat had cleared the drain and this would be a new call and that they don't clean up sewage. After that I decided I didn't want this kind of company back at my house. They aren't professional and don't stand behind their 30 day warranty.

Worst service ever! Zero communication with the customer and showed up an hour late. Repair guy treated me like I was putting him out. Never again!
