got a leak with my Grohe shower valve. Got Guy's info from Grohe USA, while also tried to contact another plumber. Guy beat them by about 5 minutes in returning call in early morning. I am very happy that had happened. The gentlemen arrived this morning as planned sorry, I am old, forgot his name, cleaned up the faucet, replaced all the parts that have gone south. whole thing was done in slightly more than an hour. He made sure I understood his work, and the steps he took to fix the problem. Now I have a 'like new' shower faucet. they are efficient as promised over the phone, polite and the work is very clean. I am very happy !! will recommend them to any plumbing need in a heart beat.

I had a miserable experience with Guy Plumbing for my dripping Grohe shower head. They came twice, and each time told me that it was "just the excess water dripping out of the shower head." The second time, the plumber they sent was really condescending, like he couldn't be bothered to even see if there might be a problem. Each time, they adamantly refused to replace the cartridge. Meanwhile, about 2 quarts of water per day were leaking out of the shower head -- clearly much more than just excess water in the head! So, I called another plumber who replaced the cartridge, and there has been no dripping since. Needless to say, I won't be calling Guy Plumbing for anything again.
