I called Tri-State Plumbing Systems for a leak under by kitchen sink. It subcontracted the job to Greg Troy Plumbing. Greg Troy arrived with an apprentice. The apprentice estimated the job at 185 when Greg was not in the room, then Greg said the job would be 225. As they started the replacement of a pipe, a leak sprang in another section of the plumbing. The apprentice attempted to be subtlety communicate the issue to Greg. I saw it and ask if there was another problem. They then had to replace that section of the plumbing. Sink was still leaking so they had to use sealant, and they did a sloppy job with the sealant. I pointed it out and asked if it could be fix by adding more sealant, they said, "That's not how sealant works. It works with pressure." They left and I noticed the faucet head was broken. I immediately called them back, and they said they didn't touch it but sounded like I needed to replace the faucet head. I won't be calling them to replace my broken faucet head. Leak was fixed but they were shady and I'm unsatisfied with the work. And, now my faucet head is broken.

We needed to fix our main water line as it had a major break in period after the technicians came in assess our situation they decided to replace our main water line that same day. One plumber and a plumber assistant came and were able to get the job done quick in a few hours. I hope we don't have to use any plumbers again but these guys were extremely helpful!

Our old water heater started leaking while I was flying back from a business trip, of course. I called around, and these guys had a great price and seemed to know what they were talking about. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and we had a tricky location to deal with. Overall, I'm impressed with their service. They were friendly and willing to discuss financing options with me.
