I had a main line Break, and I found Ritz on my google search. They came out diagnosed and was ready to start work. They fixed it very fast. I was satisfied and impressed. Straight to business group. Made me feel like they were happy to help.

Recently had a leakage in my water heater when i walked in my garage. That is always scary any leaking yikes! I had to google a plumbing company as I had no knowledge Ritz is what popped up in my search. I was hesitant to call but I really had no choice. The guys came fast and let me know I needed my water heater replaced in my Granada hills home. Christian and Carlos came to do the job super quick, very respectful and knowledgeable guys. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I hope not to have any issues in the future as I have a new water heater but would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues . Adding this company to my contacts list.

Really friendly and nice and we used them a number of times. Unfortunately, there are just too many times when they didn't show up for multiple scheduled appointments or showed up but didn't have proper equipment to handle a backed up toilet. Would love to see these guys thrive, but they really have to work this out.
