I called Juan on an emergency situation with plumbing problem of my listing in the high rise building. He quickly re-arranged his schedule and came and helped me. Unfortunately the situation was much bigger than we all thought. Even though he did not get it fixed on the same day, he honestly told me what the problem might be so I could get some other help and eventually got it fixed.
