Had a good experience selecting all the homes for our home built by Shea, but they just rip you off and have quite a few options. Just choose all the default/free-upgrade options from the builder and get it all done outside. You will most likely end up paying half or a third with outside contractors with much better service and customization than what it costs you if you go with this builder.
