Found these guys on Best Plumbers. I called up and talked to the owner Bill and he was extremely helpful over the phone. He gave me an upfront ballpark price on what it was going cost over the phone. He was right on with the price because he knew exactly what I needed by hearing what I had to say over the phone. Extremely nice man! His technician was very polite and professional. Next time I need a plumber in Huntington Beach I'll be giving him a call. Thanks Bill Metzger Plumbing! You guys really are the Best!

Tried to support a local "5 Star" plumbing company near me. Gave them a call, they told me 39.99 for a house visit. Plumber came over quickly and very professional however, the plumber told me it will cost an additional 150 just to try and light the pilot with no guarantee of fixing the issue. I gambled and said "let's do it." Of course it didnt light, I tried before calling but was expecting some professional troubleshooting. Nope. Then the plumber tells me to order the parts myself, the plumber doesn't even tell me what parts I need, I have to pry an educated guess out of him. Then he tells me once I get the parts to call them and they will install them for 250. I ask, "250 on top of the 39.99 and 150 failed attempt?" And he says, "correct." So I'm thinking, how can repairing a 5 year old water heater cost 439.99??? That's the cost of an entire new water heater!!! The plumber was at least kind enough to waive the 39.99 and I paid the 150 but will not be calling this company back for anything ever again.
