Overall great company. I had a leaking shower mixer that I wanted replaced with an updated type and better look. The company gave me a time window that wasn't to wide. The plumber was here right at the beginning of the time window. He introduced himself in a respectful manner, his name was Alex G. Then he got right to work doing the assessment of the issue. After a couple of minutes he gave me a few options of what I could do. He gave his professional opinion about the best plan of action. Hes been doing this work for 10 years so I trusted his judgment. He said it would take about 2 hours. He was spot on. The shower assembly was installed beautifully and looked great. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone who looking for a plumber.

I cannot say enough about Alex G and Cisneros Bros Plumbing. Alex came out late in the afternoon and we had a huge problem. He had a smile on his face as he was working and it had to be 100 degrees out. He is a wonderful representative of Cisneros Bros. Great company and great service. I called the number and someone answered the phone instead of a machine. They asked about what my issue was and when they would be able to get out to give an evaluation and solution. My appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm but I received a call and was notified they would be able to arrive earlier. There technician Roy came out and we where notified with a text and picture of him before he arrived which I appreciated. He came and assessed our situation and gave us some possible solutions and quotes for our clogged tub that was backed up.He was able to get it fixed and showed us what was causing the issue. I will highly recommend this company going forward.
