i have been a loyal customer for 15 + years with great service, but something has changed. Hopefully I can try to be a customer again in the future, but for now i am moving forward with another well known company locally.

This is the second time that I used Quick Response to remove black water from my RV. I will never use them again. When I called in, the staff person I spoke with couldn't give me a date for service. I wanted to be there, so I asked to be called to let me know the day of service, then asked that the driver call me that day as he was driving over. Simple requests. I never got that advance call, and today during a meeting when my phone was off the driver called. Then I get a message from the office saying that they "need my credit card because they never schedule service without a card." I was never asked for one. So I call back, we lose our connection because I'm driving, then call back when I have a better signal. During that in-between time, the office person leaves another message "I don't know if you hung up on me, or if we lost a connection. However, if I don't hear back from you by 2:30pm, we are going to put the black water back into your RV." Seriously? When I call back, and politely suggest that their customer service could be better organized and friendlier, she starts to tell me how many times they are stiffed by one time RV service. As if not calling me ahead of time, and not giving my credit card number ahead of time, was my fault. The first time 'round was even worse. That's it for me.
