Had to call for an emergency plumbing situation today and they sent Edwin and Jerry out to my house within an hour of my call. They were on time, professional, clean and very helpful. They made sure to check everything and explained every option to me, making sure I understood. I ended up going with a full replacement, but never felt pressured to go with the more expensive option and actually felt that all my concerns and questions were answered about why the work needed to be done and what other options were. I am so pleased with Edwin, Jerry and Turbo Plumbing that I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and recommending Edwin and Jerry to friends.
