We received a return call from Ron within 5 minutes after we left a message on Sunday afternoon regarding water flowing from our water heater. He concerned and asked how soon we need the service to be done and did his best to fit the schedule. He is honest, professional, caring for customer's need and keep us posted with upcoming schedules, and finished the job on the same day.

The service was horrible. First off, Larry came an hour late. He then took our pilot assembly from our water heater to see if he can find a replacement for it and couldn't. He was then supposed to email us our receipt for the service call but didn't. It's been a week from today that we are yet to get our part back. We made several calls and was told that our pilot assembly was going to be delivered by Ron boss on 3 different days. Each day was a no call, no show. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism, Trustworthiness, and integrity.

Most my communication was with the manager Rone, he was very nice and direct. They were able to offer me same-day service but I opted for the following day. The plumber that came to my house was John was very kind and honest about the issue I have having. They were in and out in under 20 minutes all-around a very good experience. Would recommend.
