They told us they would be back in a week to fix it but after contacting them, we were told it was something they didn't do. Imagine a plumbing co that doesn't fix leaks. We had to call another plumbing co to get it fixed. |

I was using a home warrantee service that he contracts with and he told me a lot of info on how if I don't cash out with the home warrantee company and have them do it there will have to be permits pulled, and county inspectors these days are not very busy because of the small amount of new construction going on, and once in your house they will look for things not up to code and cite you for it. Warning, cash out and pay Willie directly, don't let building inspectors into your house. |
