Arthur & Jeff showed up on time. They did an evaluation of my system and whether the new water heater would fit and work for me. It's amazing how the rules and regulations & permits change in 20+ years. It adds a lot to the cost double of buying a new water heater. I'm assuming that is because of safety regulations. Everything was explained clearly and every additional cost explained. Their work was efficiently performed. They cleaned up very well afterwards. Thanks Arthur & Jeff. “James” arrived promptly at the assigned time and installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and all other necessary parts. Even though there were some issues with the installation, he worked through them quickly and professionally, and finished in a couple of hours. It looks great and we are very pleased with the job he did.
