| Cassie Mestayer | Hot water heater broke and guy came out the next day. He said he would order a part and that it would come on Saturday or Monday morning. Once the part came, he said, he would come over right away to install it. The part never came on Saturday or Monday. After waiting till Tuesday for the part, we called in and found out that the part was just ordered that morning and that it would arrive the next morning. The part took two days to arrive and when it did budget plumbing said they would have someone come out. To no surprise, no one came out that day to install the part. I was left over a week with no hot water thanks to Budget Plumbing. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING. They provide terrible service and obviously do not care about the customer. |
