Jacob was phenomenal!!!! He is soft spoken. Walked us through every detail. Showed us pictures of his findings and drew pictures to assist us in understanding. He was never rushing us to make a decision and was calm. He offered us financing options and processed this for us. Jacob also was very customer engaging in personal life which was nice because he didn't make the visit all about money, but about customer service. We decided to give him and his company the business and hope they exceed what he presented.

Worst experience by an HVAC company. We had a technician come out for a routine maintenance on my mother's house to re-wrap our duct a/c system in our garage. The tech didn't such a horrible job. View the pictures. And we paid 1000 for the service. This company should be ashamed of taking advantage of elderly people. They also came out and mis-quoted us on our account unit stating that the motor and other components needed to be replaced for 900. Using ridiculous jargon. Turns out the capacitor failed, only cost 40, which I replaced. I would never refer this company to anyone. I would advise going to Crisp Services. Very honest company. No bias. I called them not knowing the company but put my trust that someone out there is honest.

Today Oscar came and set up our new AC and walked me through the new Nest Learning Thermostat.Before he left,he actually cleaned up. That is a huge plus for us!!!We have had to clean up after every contractor we've had in past 5 yrs. Oscar works fast but efficient. He was friendly and patient getting me set up on my Nest App. He works very diligently. They have one more day here and they even communicate these things before , during and before he left. That's also a huge plus for us. No surprises!!! So far so good. We are happy with Aavco. Would recommend,and ASK FOR OSCAR! Now we are ready for summer
