We discovered dirty water backing up into one of our bathtubs and a nearly overflowing toilet in our guest bath at 8 pm on a Friday evening. We called Roto-Rooter and we had a technician on-site a little over an hour later. It took about 45 minutes to diagnose, clear the line and clean up. So, from time of call to the dispatcher, two hours later the clog was gone and life was back to normal. Technician was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed! Do not call these people. Called them out for an emergency at our tenant's home. Tech who arrived clearly did NOT want to do the job. Told my tenant 1200 for clean up and when the tenant told him we would probably be fine with that he changed the price to 1500. When asked for price just snaking line he said 500 but we had to clean up and remove toilet and trap first. Come on! They certainly know what their coming out for when they are called about a toilet back up that has also affected the bathtub. Change jobs if this isn't what you want to do. Don't price gouge somebody and then leave them hanging you A Hole. Super unprofessional! They get two stars only because the woman who took the call and scheduled the job was super professional and helpful.

Cody Dotson was my plumber for the day. Very knowledgeable young man. Polite and very informative. Did a very good job replacing my toilet. I'd have him back again. He really was a joy to work with.
