| Dina Gonzales | We had a horrible experience Charlie comes off as a really nice guy and behaves as if he's doing you a big favor !! He was hired for septec instead of ever cleaning it out he ended up digging a trench in the front and side of the house , they also put piping from the front of the back of the house , there was pebbles that cracked my windshield he did repair it however all the pebbles were dug up and a big hole from the driveway and back was left holse all over the yard he brought us a turkey deep pited for Thanksgiving and was hired in August said he would be here made several appointments with me that he failed to come or call which I got dropped from physical therapy because I would have to cancel to accommodate Charlie which was very important the owner is handicap and he was supposedly putting in a special shower that never happened he took it upon himself to do a tile shower which was lovely yet never mentioned the special shower was suppose to put in a vanity wanted to tear up bathroom tile for no reason ended up tearing up back patio took all the stone piled them up with no explanation we called he said I'll have my guys come over nothing he began avoiding calls and or blocked me we got a bad storm where they dug they cut the roots we called again made arrangements to come help pull it out said oo my guys didn't come by made many attempts I shared photos how it looked before because he said it was already like that made many promises he was generously paid for all work and supplies ... Very disappointed to trust someone and totally be disregard he is not honest I would never recommend him !!!!!! We also had no front bathroom for 6 months just such a ugly way to do business !!!! |
