This company was the only one who actively came to my house on a Sunday to fix my emergency water leak. After tons of run around from my home warranty not having any affiliated companies to come service a water leak in my townhouse because it was Sunday, I got outside company authorization. But initially I called a different company because I had recognized the name. The other company came out but said they didn't have the tools for the job but could come back the next day. Even though it was a heavy active leak that was continuing to spread even by the time they arrived. Thank goodness for my gut telling me to not give up but try to call Matrix Plumbing from a solid review I had seen via Google. They truly are 24/7 emergency service. Not only did they come in and isolate the leak, but they started to contain and minimize the damage that already happened from me waiting for another company. My whole downstairs would have been completely lost if not for this company. If you are having a plumbing emergency these guys are the professionals to call.

Fast response time, same day appointment and was given options to solve the problem. This was my 3rd visit from him for our business. Visits were for different situations in our building, very quickly resolved. Always helpful and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
