I've used Parzival exclusively for my last two houses. Thomas is incredibly responsive, and they always go beyond the call of duty for us. Everyone at Parzival is incredibly polite, conscientious, and their work has been very solid. I've never had to ask them to come back for something they've fixed. They are the first plumbing company I've used that really seems to have a focus on wholistic health of the house's systems, and committed to making decisions for the long term health of the property. I've used Parzival for water heaters, house inspections before purchase, a complete mainline replacement we had massive root intrusion, toilet replacement, and video line inspection. Highly recommend these guys.

Parzival Plumbing is, by far, the most reliable, trustworthy, and efficient plumbing company that I have ever used. Their plumbers are courteous, clean and friendly. They explain the process, find the problem, solve the problem and always with a smile. Their customer service is impeccable: they arrive on time, introduce themselves and work efficiently to bring my home back into working order. They even send a picture of the plumber and his name prior to arrival. Not just the best plumbing company; Parzival Plumbing is one of the BEST companies overall.
