I was told late one afternoon that I needed to come back early morning and speak with a woman who would be able to help me. I arrive at 7:00 - there are 3 people behind the counter. A guy is rude and disarming when asking what I need. The woman tells me she's just a regular salesperson and speak to a third person, a man who had been in the store the day before. He seems to think I'm unaware that I'm trying to find a compression valve from the 1940's which I was well aware of... What a lot of misinformation and ATTITUDE! Never again! |
