I called Certified to come out and take a look at my water heater. They came out on time and just as I thought I needed a new water heater. They gave me a great price on it and installed and even took my old unit and disposed of it for me. They were professional and very helpful and the pricing was just right. The owner came out late on a Sunday night to clean out a clogged main in my new house, did a great job! His 150' snake could not reach the clog, so he brought his 250' industrial snake from out of town and had our drains flowing before the night was up. Honest and upfront, told us there would be no charge if he could not fix it. He took precautions to keep our house clean from the sewage. Also one of the more inexpensive services on a Sunday night!
