Senor Boston	Made appt. for closest asap two days. Guy came out and diagnosed a leak in my kitchen faucet hose. He wanted to charge me over 400 for a replacement whole faucet. ONLY the hose needed to be replaced which I called Moen/manufacturer w/lifetime wty. so they mailed a new hose days later. I asked him to duct-tape the hole in the hose as a temp fix and then I fixed/replaced the hose when it arrived. They held my check for 179.50 ie. didn't cash it??? and then sent me a bill for the repair????? Called for Dan Bonetti/owner at the recommendation from answering service - who were pretty rude! and ended up leaving message on his voice mail. Waiting for reply? 5-days later, Diana calls to tell me they "found my check"?. Yikes?
