We have used John Murray Plumbing for several years, both for a rental house that had multiple issues & for our home. Also always call them for any plumbing issues for my mom's house. They are great. The office girls are always friendly & helpful. I get help right away, the plumbers are prompt, & the prices are reasonable.

These guys are my heroes! Seriously. We were in a very bad plumbing situation immediately after moving in to our 84 year old house in SF. Within less than 12 hours of moving in, both the toilet and the kitchen sink were completely backed up and water was streaming up and out of the ventilation pipe outside our kitchen window. It was bad. And unexpected, since our property inspector underestimated the severity of the problem with the waste pipes. Your Favorite Plumber LA know their stuff and were thorough, honest, worked hard and took care of everything with a sense of humor. They stuck to the original price quote they gave us - even though they encountered a complication that was impossible to predict prior to the work starting and created a lot of extra effort and time to complete. Communication was great, both with the guys themselves and the team in the office. We always received a courtesy call ahead of time to update us on when the team would arrive it was a big job and the work took about 4 days. These are your go-to guys for honest, thorough, reliable plumbing. I won't call anyone else!!!
