First of all, they wouldn't even come out to my house to take a look at the problem unless I paid them a 65 dollar drive out fee. So he says to me "I can give you a quote over the phone, what's the problem?" I told him the issue and he quotes me a 250 dollar charge only if all the digging has been completed. Wow. Long story short, I called a local plumber that was recommended to me by word of mouth called Martinez Plumbing. This gentleman soldered my pipes and cleaned up the area for 80 bucks. I gave him 100. So there it is, these plumbers need to get off their high horse and stop charging these outrageous prices. |
