Alan had called me prior to discuss a difficult work matter involving accessing the inside of a gas fireplace that was outside his jurisdiction and duty. After our discussion I felt comfortable in Alan's analysis to try to get inside to do the repair work. As it turns out Alan accomplished and completed the repair successfully and professionally. We have engaged Salet Plumbing before. Recently our hot water heater went out. It can best be described as a home repair gone wrong. The phone contact scheduled us a week out but indicated a possible earlier appointment if another was cancelled. They called and said someone would come the next day. Isaac came in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the minimum parts, put everything back together and cleaned up. A very reasonable price and we didn't have to replace the entire unit.
