| Angie Lowrey | Returned a cart a year ago that broke the first time I used it but exchanged it for a more exspensive one paid even more money for it the guys working behind the counter were terrified of what to do cause the boss would be mad that's why I exchanged instead of a refund I came in a few days later and the boss in front of other customers asked if I was the oneWho returned it I said yes and he asked me what I put in there I say give meaning supplies he said how heavy were they I said they are cleaning supplies or not they then to make me feel stupid he goes well what kind like I was stupid I said normal cleaning supplies nothing that heavy it just broke because it's made out of plastic there was at least four customers in there and a couple employees he treated me like an idiot when I return something paid more money didn't get any money back and got another cart I've seen that guy belittle people belittle employees and it's wrong I've seen Really good people working there and then they're gone that place needs some help because it's a good store and they're all good employees but the guy running it is not a nice person |
