No response to phone call. Past experience good

I'm leaving this review as a contractor. My in-laws called this company for a main line stoppage at their cabin. The machine they used was inadequate for clearing a main line stoppage through a 3” clean out. The technician was able to clear the line, but it stopped back up the following week when they came back up for the weekend. After charging an excessive price 300 to clear the line my mother in law was told that there is no warranty. They called back multiple times and left messages and never received a return phone call. I had to come up with my drain cleaning machine from down the hill to clear the line. I charge 125 to cable out a main line through a clean out down the hill and offer a 30 day warranty for this service. Providing a service like this to paying customers should always have a guarantee even if just for 30 days. Beware of any company that does not stand behind their work.
