Danny is the man with a plan at Ardy's! They have a wonderful selection of products for all styles and budgets. I am not the best when it comes to deciding what will look good with my home, but with a little guidance from Danny I leave feeling confident that whatever I buy will not only look great, but will perform and hold up even better! My most recent purchase was some new faucets that were overdue to be replaced, and I am so grateful for the help and guidance I received here. 10/10 would recommend.

My close friends who referred me to Ardy are horrified by how I was treated at this place and are refusing to return to Ardy as well. If I could give RC and Ardy ZERO stars I would. RC ordered me the wrong size bath tub, way too deep and it was a nightmare to install. Took two days, jack hammering, etc. She also ordered the wrong sink faucet after I sent her several photos of the sink it would go with, and they forced ME to pay the stocking fee when I returned it. RC is sloppy, flakey and wildly unprofessional. In the end when I was confused by having NO INVOICE for what I was paying for, Ardy refused to send me or discuss over phone. Instead he forced me to drive to their office to discuss what we easily could have over phone. WHY WOULDN'T HE JUST SEND ME AN INVOICE? He knew my mother was going in for heart surgery. These people are TRASH. Stay far away, save yourself the unnecessary stress.

I am literally horrified by my experience dealing with Ardy's sales guy Daniel Denton. Never had I experience someone with so little professionalism and mannerism. Upon receipt of invoices, he insisted that I purchase the rough together with trim, I called him for a discussion to purchase the rough first and trim later. He responded not only with extreme aggression, but defensively, calling me wasting his time and just make a decision. So I said I will email him back with my decision, upon receipt of my email to buy the rough first, he emailed back immediately saying he's not gonna do this business and will void the invoices and delete my credit card information. Seriously!? I could have a reasonable discussion and bought the whole set if it really causes inconvenience. Letting alone, I have spent weeks trying to decide which faucet to go with the bathrooms, he just canceled the order without my permission. I cannot believe this is how they treat their customers. Or perhaps it is just this guy, they should have every reason to replace him.
