We called and within a few hours Ruben, the HVAC tech was at our door. He was such an amazing guy; he had vast knowledge of his trade, was very pleasant and professional, and explained the problem to us in a language we could understand. He went out of his way to ensure that the problem was taken care of and that we were satisfied. We cannot thank him enough, what an asset to the company!!! We have used this company for the past few years and would highly recommend them to anybody! Hopefully you'll luck out like we did and they'll send Ruben, thanks again Ruben for everything!

I am not happy at all. We had a faucet that had no hot water. They sent someone out who said that the cartridges were full of rubber pieces and showed us. We were advised to purchase a new faucet, which I did. When I came home he was gone and told my husband that he would return the next afternoon to install the new faucet. He did not call or return so I have no water in my kitchen and no faucet hooked up at all.

Service man Don was great! Got my old unit to push cold air again, was very honest with me and didn't try to over charge me. Which he could have done all kinds of thing's to rais the bill. That goes a long way with me! Highly recommend service...
