I can not say enough great things about Service Pros. They are the go-to plumber for the Property Management company I work for. So quick, communicative, and reasonably priced! I would recommend them for all plumbing jobs big or small!

Had appt for 8-10am today that was scheduled last week they called last minute at 957am to say we are running hour or so behind I had worked my work schedule out for the early appt so I told them I can't wait around for you guys when we already had an appt made I had made appt for first thing in the morning being they opened at 8am. Don't recommend this company

Why is zero stars not an option? Back in August, Service Pros Plumbers replaced my next door neighbor's sewer line. In the process, they broke/damaged our adjoining fence by throwing tons of dirt against it. We immediately notified them, sent them pictures, etc. They promised to fix it, but they've failed to follow-through for three solid months as of this post, even after several calls and texts - just more empty apologies and broken promises. I cannot express how patient I've been with these people, but they continue to commit to appointments, and then fail to show up without a courtesy call. I'd make it my neighbor's problem, but he's very old and now on 24x7 care - I don't have the heart to confront him. The latest, I was told someone would come out "with a staple gun to make [me] happy" - their words, not mine. I strongly encourage you to not give this unethical, deceitful and disrespectful company your business; there are plenty of other plumbers out there. I'll re-post with the outcome; if I don't, it's because they still haven't fixed my fence!
