| Dboy Bruh | very disgusting experience, only issue i had was 1 toilet was draining slow. when they came to work on draining it, they sent some rookie who didnt know what he was doing, had to use several of my tools, including a shop vac because he didnt have 1, he did not solve the problem, and even worse when he left both bathrooms were not back up and completely clogged as well as the showers. i will definitely be getting in touch with a lawyer. the worker was constantly on his phone for instructions as to what he should do, someone this inexperienced should not be working alone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. owner was dismissive and would not even call back, see you guys in court, ill be charging for all damages, went from slow draining toilet to complete shut down of all plumbing in the house |

| J T | Excellent and honest service. My toilet was backed up. I tried using a plunger and chemicals, but that did not work. Mr. Cedrick Johnson came through. He used a snake and also removed the entire toilet bowl. He found a plastic contraption that was supposed to clean the bowl after every flush. After removing the contraption and clearing out any build up, Mr. Johnson properly reinstalled the toilet and made sure that it was working properly. No leaks. Thank you Mr. Johnson! |
