Wes Opela	HWH came and installed our hot water heater. I feel like they did a good job. We paid the service technician in full at completion. However, I have requested a paid invoice and warranty on the tank and labor more than once. So far, I cannot get anyone to provide that. That makes me wonder if they really do stand behind their service and products. It would be nice to have it all in writing.Customer service after the sales matters.My quoted price was exceeded by around 100. When I asked about that I was told their website was not updated and quotes don't always stay firm.
