The last time I used Johnson I asked about the senior discount, which had always been there in the past, and was told that I had to specifically request it before the invoice had been charged. Since I had not asked, no discount. Then I was told that it was now a maximum of only 50. This was a company that I had been doing business with for over 30 years, and had just spent over 1,000. If they could not even do a 50 discount to keep a customer satisfied this was not the Johnson of old, and I will not do business with them again. An email sent to the company about this went unanswered.
