| Ron Johnston | I wanted to install a deep sink in the garage. I had them hook into the water supply under the hot water heater. The work was done the same day he came out to give the estimate which was nice. The plumber was courteous and was efficient in getting the work done. Because of code, he couldn't hook up the drain to what I thought was a very logical place, so I just had him do the water. The drain is now my responsibility which won't be a problem. It was a positive experience overall with the only down side being the cost. It seemed a little high, but then I'm not up with whatever the current rates are. |
| Roxane Asher | Five Star Plumbing was AMAZING! Called them because of their star rating and was not disappointing. My 16yr old hot water heater started leaking into an adjacent bedroom. Called them at 8am and they scheduled me at 3:30 but were able to make it by 2:30. Had it replaced and the house back up and running with hot water by 4:30. Thank you! Have them coming out to put in a hot water circulator next. |

I have had some less than stellar work done in the past and I'm very impressed with Five Star Plumbing! I am so thankful for the work that Jeremy did for me! He was professional and personable and he did a great job! You can definitely tell he's knowledgeable about his job. He could have just ordered a replacement part and instead he was happy to help me order the correct part needed that was under warranty and didn't cost me anything. I'm glad to know that when I receive it, I can count on Five Star Plumbing to do that too! It was easy to get an appointment and I was updated on the phone and email regarding the arrival time. Everyone was so friendly. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I recommend them highly!! |
