Went back, was told the loader made a mistake and the computer was wrong “all these years”, but now they have corrected it whatever that means. Told them I was disappointed and the young man at the counter started to argue that it was “just a mistake and I shouldn't worry about it or be disappointed”. Informed him I could take my business to Hot Springs, and he insinuated and then insulted me saying; “it would be foolish for me to drive 35 miles to HS and 35 miles back”. The mistake and explanation' is acceptable. The disrespect is not. Will not do business there again. |
