Lusk plumbing did a superb job on our full house remodel including much new and rerouted plumbing, new/remodeled baths, etc. Introduced lots of on-the-spot suggestions and solutions as the work progressed. Replaced our electric hot water heater with a really super tankless gas unit. The plumbing system was a work of art when they were done. The water co. sent me a bill for 300 and a note saying I probably had a water leak. I hired Burt Black's to find the leak and make the repair. I paid 300 to repair a toilet and the next month I received another water bill for 300! I found Ray Lusk in a google search. I was able to get an appt right away. Plumber came out and he found the leak within 15 min. It was the main water line coming to the house. He dug up the yard with a shovel and showed me the leak. The hole was deeper than he was tall! He told me he needed another man and bigger equipment. Came back the next day. Repaired the leak. And my bill was back to normal the next cycle. I had a major repair so it was expensive, but Ray Lusk was punctual, professional and knowledgeable! I did not feel like they wasted my time or money. Can't say the same for other repair companies that either don't get the repair right the first time or never get it right and keep your money.
