I have known Nick Cain for several years as he always does my annual house plumbing inspection. Nick and his assistant, Tyler, did the annual inspection today. Both men are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have always been impressed with the entire staff and services of Ben Franklin Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional plumbing services. WOW! We had a hot water heater go out and needed a plumber desperately on a Friday...thinking it would be impossible to have hot water till Monday. We called our independent and he was booked till Wednesday. We recalled the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing after remembering ads and seeing their fleet of trucks. So we gave them a call at Noon. At 2:30, Casey arrived sooner than expected followed by Josh and Corbin. They accessed the problem, ordered another electric water heater, had it delivered, and replaced the faulty one removed before 5:00PM. We were amazed at how efficient the team worked to get us hot water in less than 3 hours. Best experience we have EVER had with a service company. Thanks Casey, Josh and Corbin. Simply outstanding!

I was referred to Benjamin Franklin by my neighbor. They were really pleased with the service they received. I had another plumbing company out that were going to charge double the price and did not have an efficient way to replace the broken pipe. Benjamin Franklin's group came out repaired the pipe. They put the area back to condition it was before. I would like to Thank Nathan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient and delivered with a warranty. I will recommend this company to others.
