Great customer service from start to finish. I loved getting the text when my technician was on his way and a picture of who to expect to arrive. My technician was very knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend to others and hopefully I do not have any further need for their services but If I do, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Even though I called at almost 5 pm, the office dispatched a plumber immediately to my home at no extra charge. I was so impressed when upon entering my home, the gentleman slipped on shoe coverings to protect my floors from his boots! He was extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing as he went from kitchen to bathrooms to laundry room to garage water heater. When it was verified that an underground water leak was clearly the problem and that a detection company would have to become involved, Mr. Rooter set that up and even SHOWED UP as moral support when the detection company was on site. As soon as the leak area was determined, Mr. Rooter had the same professional plumber, Garrett, come back to my home with his assistant Steve to unearth the leak of 3/4 gallon a minute and make the necessary repairs. During Garrett's first visit to my home he was surprised to find my water pressure going into my home at 120 psi. Evidently that's very high. He recommended a reducer for the safety of my appliances, faucets, etc. and installed that little piece. He worked with me to assure I was happy with my water pressure and made sure my irrigation system would still flow perfectly! He thought of EVERYTHING I would not have. Frankly, you would expect a huge bill for two service calls, a courtesy call, parts, and a top notch licensed plumber, but I can tell you I was MORE than happy paying the bill. Mr. Rooter comes to your home and tells you what the costs will be BEFORE they do the work. No surprises! This is a outstanding professional company with sweet, friendly, knowledgeable people wearing their logo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. ROOTER!

The plumbers were on time to replace my water heater. It was done correctly by plumbers that definitly knew what they were doing. Great job, I will call them again.
