I honestly am very happy ! And recommend this company I called around and out of all companies this company had a reasonable price & seemed professional since the start . When they sent out someone to give us an estimate we received a via message with background information and with a photo of who was coming out which was different then any company and thought it was pretty cool that they did that . We got Mitch Brown and we were very pleased since the start even before he started working on anything I could already tell that this guy was very interested in our situation and that we called the right place and got sent the right person for the job. We previously had another company come before Mitch & were very unsatisfied & disappointed in the conditions this company left us in, Mitch with no hesitation was very caring and willing to pick up after the mess Rotor Rooter had left us . Since the start Mitch was very friendly & respectful & professional and you could tell he truly cares about his customers . Next day we scheduled him to get the job done and honestly I can say that I cannot thank him enough he went above and beyond and made a very stressful situation not so stressful he got the job done like he said he was and charged what he said it would be . I never felt like I was being forced into anything or felt like I was making a wrong choice with this company . I seriously have no complaints and I strongly recommend this guy he seriously needs more recognition for what he does and even a raise honestly because someone can have a job but to truly love your job or what you do and care for your customers is rare .Thank you Mitch Brown for your service if I have any problems now I know the person & company to call !

Best call I ever made. my wife and I have lived in Tucson for the past 21 years and always struggled with four swamp coolers to try and keep our home cool during the blistering summers, when the time came to finally get air conditioning we looked into several options with several HVAC company's. We wound up calling Strongbuilt Plumbing& Air and they put us in touch with Josh C. One of their sales associates, He came over to our house immediately that day and talked with me about what they could do for us, made a call and got one of there engineers Joe to come right over and helped work up an estimate, about an hour later sat down with me and ran through the estimate item by item. They did a Great job explaining the benefits and reliability of their service and products and left me to discuss the estimate with my wife, this was on a Tuesday afternoon while she was still at work. After discussing it later that night we decided to accept their estimate and called Josh back to come over and fill out the papers on a Friday night at 5:00 pm after work, because that is the only time my wife could be here to sign the papers, Josh explained everything to her the same as he did for me previously, he answered any and all questions we had, and got us the best deal on what can be a very high dollar investment. This job was a huge undertaking over 165 feet of duct work on the roof and 8 technicians at various times working in 90 degree temps over 4 days the results are fantastic, our 2200+ square ft. home is now cool and comfortable for the first time in years, These guys rock! They do great work, they even pulled our old swamp coolers and brought them down off the roof so we can scrap them. I highly reccomend this company for any kind of HVAC work, they also have a great service plan to go with our purchase, and they included their signature lifetime PandA care, they will service the Air Conditioning unit two visits a year and also give you Lifetime plumbing calls with no service call fees including Weekends and Holidays, and one main sewer line cleaning per year along with camera inspection if needed. It is This Very Satisfied! Customers opinion that Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air are 5 star all around the best in the valley.

Recently Strongbuilt Plumbing has installed a new water heater and Enviro water filtration system for us. I am pleased to write this review and give them five stars for good quality work, reliability, promptness in providing the needed services, professionalism and mannerism. The best part was that they did not ask any payment in advance. I would like to thank John, Eddie, Bobby, Tonya, Jose , Jeff and Jennifer who were constantly in touch with us while the process of installation was going on. I have no reservation in recommending Strongbuilt to others.
