Jimmy Brown of Penguin air just left our house. We are renting a place in Scottsdale for the winter and had a problem with the heating upstairs. The owner called Penguin Air to fix the problem. It turned out to be a lot of work to get the problem rectified, but Jimmy stayed the course and got it done. Jimmy is an air conditioning and heating person and at one point the company told him they would have to send an electrician to handle the problem. But he stayed with it and managed to fix the issue. I strongly recommend Penguin Air and Jimmy Brown in particular. Also, he was very neat and clean with his work. The area was spotless when he left. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When done he went over exactly how to use the thermostat with me. Great service. Great guy.

Our sales person Jimmy was great. However, there was some issues after the installation of our new AC that were not satisfactory. After contacting Jimmy about this, he and his coworker Caleb, came to our house and personally remedied everything. They went above and beyond what we had expected. We can't say enough about how great their service and dedication is. We truly appreciate the extra mile they went for us.
