First time at this location. We had a frustrating time with people who were SOME help and others who were NONE at all. Olivia was absolutely fantastic! I was able to express my frustration and she made it all better! I didn't have to wait in a separate line with my cart full of lumber, she helped ring us up right away. My experience started off at 2 stars and went up to 5. Olivia was very helpful and got someone to immediately help us load up. Her customer service skills are definitely a 5! Great job! Terrible customer service from the associates to the senior managers! !! I ordered a 3,000 dollar 20x8 green house from homedepot.com to be delivered to the local store in Show Low. First, we went to pick it up and there were several small boxes. My husband explained that we were expecting a large shipment. The associate insisted it was correct, so we took it home only to find out it was someone else's package with a similar last name! Since then it's been one headache after another. Apparently the shipping company lost the green house, and now it is longer in stock. I've been refunded the cost of the green house without authorization or assistance to find a new one! Through all of this I have never receive one email or call despite promises to help with this large purchase! It's flat out rude and bad for business! I'll be happy to take my money where employees are happy to help me spend my money!

I have always preffered home depot over Lowes but today you have a line to get into your store because you want to limit the number of people in there all due to a fake pandemic that is less deadly than mosquitoes!! Home depot has lost its sanity and thus lost a customer
