David Hirchak Sr	Had a 4 year old Rheem water heater that began leaking that was purchased here. Rheem said to bring it back. Called Hughes and they said that they had some on hand. when I got there the lady in charge said that they had 2 and would not provide a warranty replacement. In short, i was not important enough. I ran around town trying to find another but ended up going back. The lady at the front desk was great and ended up providing the replacement at her risk of getting on trouble with her boss. Great staff but the "B" in charge didn't seem to give a rats a since I wasn't a contractor.
