Still have not been paid. They hired me worked me without pay.

Called and they said they would have a plumber out shortly. I sent over the pictures of the broken pvc pipe that needed fixing to make sure they brought the correct parts. They quoted me “around 300-500 for the repair” Cancelled my appointment and went to the local hardware store. Showed the picture to an employee and he got me all the parts I needed which came to 13 and told me exactly what I needed to do. Took me a total of about 6 minutes to fix on my own and only 13 in parts. Disappointed and will not be calling them again for any future needs. Would highly recommend getting a second quote or just doing the job yourself. I Would be giving one star but they were polite and timely in having someone out there on a Saturday.

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!!! Called this company around12:30 and they said that they would have a plumber to our house between 1:30 and 3:30. No call! I finally called the company back when our kitchen started flooding around 3:30. They told me they were sorry, and that the plumber had quit his job the same day in between jobs and the next available tech could come out at 8:00 the following morning. I asked to speak with a manager since our kitchen had started to flood while we waited for their services and was given an alternate phone number to call. When I called the phone number of course he would not answer his phone. He finally called me back about 30 minutes later. When I spoke with him he said he would see what he could do and then call me back. It has now been over an hour since that time and no call back. I am very disappointed and highly encourage everyone to go with a different plumber!!!
