Contact in was not as expedient when doing IM, best to call. It was late at night when my water heater started leaking and fortunately it was a slow leak. Needless to say they called back first thing in the morning, scheduled to come out that same morning, replaced my water heater and was back in service before 1pm that same day...it cost but it was quick, professional, and clean work.

Sent unqualified plumber out to replace sewage pump. Plumber drilled holes directly into the sewage tank to remove water surrounding the tank, rather than using a sump pump. Didn't realize he had damaged the tank for 2 months when the area started to smell due to the leakage from the damaged tank and alarm disconnected. New Yavapai plumber came out and that is when he noticed the previous plumber had drilled holes in the tank and put bolts in the tank where the new water line was leaking. The only compensation offered by Yavapai plumbing was a 10 discount to the damages the previous plumber had done to our system. We had already paid for 3 pumps 2 months earlier - 2 pumps within the tank and a spare if one went out. Supposed to have a 10 year life, not 2 months. Now they needed to replace the tank with drilled holes, and couldn't get out of the crawl space. They offered a one pump smaller tank, but again only a 10 discount for the new work caused by their plumber's damages. We obviously got a second opinion from another local plumber, and they were shocked that the plumber drilled holes in our tank causing pricey damages that needed to be fixed. We were without plumbing for several days while Yavapai plumbing was trying to figure out how to repair their plumber's damages, and they wouldn't help with the cost other than a 10 discount to the now needed work that they had caused, and they were unable to figure out how to get a new tank into the crawl space without major construction to our home. We got another plumbing company who walked us through the steps and process on what needed to be done to repair the damages. It was costly, but the work is night and day from Yavapai plumbing's poor work and lack of backing up their work on their damages to our property. Will never use Yavapai plumbing, or recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience. Have videos of the workmanship Yavapai plumber had done when we had to go down in the crawl space with the second Yavapai plumber.
