I called them & they said they had an emergency and so the appointment was rescheduled for 2 days later. Guess what? No show again so I called & Cara said Bill is on the way but I received no call and he never showed up. Finally I called Cara again & she said they were working on the east side and would be later to get to my side of town. I told her I would call someone who wanted the job. My husband had driven 80 miles for this appointment and we gave them 2 chances. Very disappointed with the treatment we received.
