Absolutely terrible. Do NOT under any circumstances attempt to use this "business" for any plumbing needs. I found them on the Thumbtack app. I needed the sewer line from my house to the street cleared out. A worker came out and did so and also told me that the roots of a near by tree was causing the clogging. The worker said he would come up with an estimate and email it to me but the fee to unclog the pipe was 175.00. I paid it. Two days later the line was again clogged. I checked the area at the above ground pipe cap and observed all sorts of debris to include toilet paper on the ground from where the worker unclogged the line the first time. I called the company again asking about an estimate for either a new pipe or re-routing a new pipe to prevent this from happening again. I spoke with the owner, Jon, and told him there was sewage matter coming up from my downstairs bath tub, the down stairs toilet was out of use, the dishwasher, clothes washer and any shower lasting more than 5mn would cause a further back up. Jon said he would have someone out at 9:00amto clear the line and conduct an estimate. At 1:30pm I called and spoke with Jon who told me he forgot to line up anyone for a service call to my house because he was pre-occupied with taking his wife to the dentist. I believed him because I understand life happens. At 6:30pm I called Jon again because yet again nobody had come out; Jon ignored my phone call. He did text me and told me a worker had been out there and conducted an estimate the same worker from the first time, "Judd. However I never received an email, phone call or anything with an estimate. Further more they didn't bother to unclog the line knowing full well what was happening inside of my house. I have a Ring doorbell and several security cameras outside of my house. Jon wouldn't tell me what time "Judd" was at my residence. Upon review of the Ring doorbell footage and my security camera footage, nobody showed up to service the sewer line; the only person to came to my residence was a UPS truck to drop off an Amazon package. So, don't trust Done Right Plumbing or the no good word of Jon.
